Job Description
Status: Full Time Hourly FLSA Classification: NonExempt
Summary of the Position: Intensive Family Coordinator provides a professional level of case management services as well as direct advocacy services to a caseload of families.
- Intensive Family Coordinator will be responsible for completing family assessments recruiting foster parents completing home studies for the referring authority locating family resources and creating individualized service plans.
- Case management services including intakes safety planning team meetings ISP development 24/7 support case contacts and case record documentation in keeping with state regulations.

Qualifications/Requirements: High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Experience with community work and at least one 1 year experience working in human services field.
- Experience in the provision of home and community based services.
BiLingual/Spanish Speaking is a plus!
