Job Description

A coveted downtown Charleston law firm seeks a legal assistant to support their busy practice.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Excellent client skills
Type 60wpm
Proficient with Microsoft office
Prior law firm support experience
Experience ordering records bills & reports
Calendaring; schedule client doctors attorneys etc...
Draft legal documents
Handle incoming and outgoing mail
Experience with switchboard a must
Working experience with all law firm equipment; fax copier scanner PC
Other assigned duties and tasks not mentioned
