Job Description

As a UX/Visual Designer at Flare energy services you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing designs for our digital products and services. You will work closely with our product and development teams to understand our users needs and create designs that enhance their experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand project requirements and user needs
Create wireframes prototypes and highfidelity designs for web and mobile applications
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve designs
Develop and maintain design standards and guidelines for our digital products
Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently
Continuously improve and iterate on designs based on user feedback and data analysis
Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in UX and visual design
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Design HumanComputer Interaction or related field
1 years of experience in UX and visual design for web and mobile applications
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch Figma or Adobe Creative Suite
Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and problemsolving skills
Experience with user research and usability testing
Knowledge of HTML CSS and JavaScript is a plus
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Passion for creating usercentered designs that drive business results
