Product Design: This role involves defining specifications and designing all aspects of omni-channel products and experiences that exceed customer expectations.

Job Description:

  • We are seeking a Senior Lead Designer to join the User-Centered Design Team within the Advisor Platforms Product Management organization. This role is responsible for leading the end-to-end user experience for our Salesforce Client Relationship Management product suite within our advisor platforms.
  • The Advisor Platforms Product Management group oversees the strategy design and prioritization of a comprehensive suite of digital advisor tools that support growth across Wealth & Investment Managements full-service and independent advisor channels. The team collaborates closely with leadership stakeholders and the user community across all Wealth & Investment Management product verticals and third-party FinTech companies to create a seamless experience for Financial Advisors and Client Associates.

In this role you will:

    • Lead the design strategy and implementation of digital product design experiences within the CRM suite of applications on our advisor platforms.
    • Conduct discovery iterative design testing and outcome measurement to define core product offerings with innovative UX/UI design leveraging Salesforce platform technologies.
    • Create end-to-end user journeys that seamlessly integrate CRM capabilities throughout the platform.
    • Partner with various stakeholders to drive value growth and optimize delivery by employing best practices in user-centered design and agile development.
    • Provide vision direction and expertise to senior leadership through compelling design communication.
    • Engage strategically with professionals and managers across the enterprise serving as an expert advisor to ensure the user experience is a key part of the product offering.

Required Qualifications:

    • 7 years of web application and/or enterprise design experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience training military experience education.

Desired Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience designing experiences for enterprise platforms including customer relationship management.
  • 2 years of experience leading design on complex initiatives for large-scale multi-user platforms.
  • Experience with current Salesforce platform technologies.
  • Familiarity with Lightning Design System.
  • Expertise in Figma including working with design systems and prototyping.
  • Demonstrated information architecture skills expressing complex data into dashboard summaries with actionable insights.
  • Data visualization proficiency is a significant advantage.
  • Ability to incorporate AI technologies into design solutions.
  • Experience working independently with stakeholders across all disciplines leading design from concept to completion.
  • Wealth Management or FinTech experience.
