- Understand the drivers for business like pricing industry trends competition and seasonality impact.
- Develop a business portfolio for shortterm and longterm growth plans.
- Use the PEARL tracker tool for portfolio management.

2. New Product / Application Development | - This is an Insideout approach
- Based on the business case we develop product/product grades as per applications
- Explore product adjacencies through outsourcing e.g: Chlorinated PE / Chlorinated PP

3. Geographic expansion & new customer development | - Pan India expansion for Twist & Altura
- Developing Market for Altura in Medical

4. Technocommercial approach for NBD | - Customer trials to establish business
- Work with Technical service & development (TS&D) Team
- Develop collateral with the TS&D team for established product/applications

5. Achieve Budgeted Numbers Volume/revenue and at higher contribution margins. | - To achieve budgeted numbers with the Existing and Newly developed customers

6. Customer Complaint & Resolution | - Attending & resolving Customer complaints with the help of another department (Technical/R&D/Logistics etc.

- Experience: 810 years
- Role: To understand the plastic segment and application of chemicals in PVC Compounding focus on market/customer mapping resolving technical query customers conducting field trials. This role also involves extensive traveling and coordination with internal/external stakeholders as well.
