Diehl Automotive is growing! We are currently looking for a BDC Agent for our new Massillon Ohio chain of dealerships. This is a fantastic position with great benefits and incredible advancement potential!
Responsibilities:
- Receive respond and nurture digital and telephone leads from customers
- Follow up with customers via phone email chat and text
- Set appointments with customers for sales consultants
- Respond quickly to incoming leads
