- Full time ongoing role available
- Maitland preferred however all NSW Resources / DPIRD office locations will be considered
- Salary from $97K to $107K pa super
NSW Resources (part of the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development are looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Executive Director Strategy Performance and Industry Development and their team.
As Executive Assistant you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the Executive Directors office and their broader team.
This role involves highvolume service delivery with a focus on customer service. You will manage the Executive Directors time commitments provide confidential executive support and coordinate initiatives projects and programs across the broader Branch.
With no two days the same your responsibilities will include:
- Providing executive support to the Executive Director including preparing correspondence reports and presentations.
- Managing the Executive Directors diary and time commitments ensuring urgent matters are prioritized.
- Developing and managing processes for administration and workflow to ensure streamlined and effective outcomes.
- Researching and supporting initiatives projects and programs across the Branch.
- Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders to provide positive and efficient client service.
To be successful youll need to be:
- Organised detailoriented and tech savvy
- Proactive adaptable and resourceful
- An excellent communicator both verbally and in writing
- A collaborative team player whos able to work independently with minimal supervision
