Job Description:
Our Sales Team takes a consultative approach ensuring an exceptional buying and ownership experience for every customer.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers as they arrive on the lot guiding them through the sales process.
- Proactively contact leads and customers via phone and email.
- Engage with potential buyers through social media platforms.
- Help customers find vehicles that meet their needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate vehicle features both on the lot and during test drives.
- Assist customers in completing their sales applications.
Qualifications:
- High energy and enthusiasm throughout the workday.
- Outgoing and friendly personality even when handling sales objections.
- Strong customer service skills with a proven sales track record.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both in person and over the phone.
- Ability to persuade and overcome customer objections during the sales process.
