Job Description
Green Acres Lawn Care is a fast growing lawn care enhancement and pest control company serving Belvidere Rockford and the surrounding area. We have been in business for 19 years serving over 3000 clients.

Responsibilities:
- You will often be the first point of contact for potential clients and you must be able to provide support to existing clients. You must be comfortable answering the phone emailing and interacting with clients in person. This position requires time spent in and outside of the office.
- Type and send sales letters through both email and mail
- Follow up on estimates and close sales leads
- Measure properties using online tools as well as measuring wheels
- Writing detailedproposals
- Ensure details of jobs sold and/or any customer concerns are clearly communicated to the team
- Document details of all client interactions
- Process invoices and payments
Requirements:
- Must be organized
- Basic computer knowledge required
- Must be familiar withemail and able to quickly learn other programs including our CRM and Google Products
