Teikametrics is looking for an ambitious Manager of Revenue Operations to join our team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Process & Team Efficiency
Strategic Leadership: Serve as a trusted partner to senior executives providing insights and strategic recommendations to drive revenue growth.
Process Optimization: Map document and maintain crossfunctional operational processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Operational Excellence: Drive efficiency across gotomarket teams by providing tools insights and processes that enhance productivity.
CrossFunctional Collaboration: Manage and execute operational projects across departments. Analyze opportunities synthesize findings develop action plans and work with stakeholders to implement solutions.

Data & Reporting
Business Insights: Conduct ongoing analysis to drive performance outcomes ensuring alignment with company goals.
Revenue Analytics: Generate and manage reports on pipeline revenue forecasts account outreach and retention to support strategic decisionmaking.
Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate success across Sales Marketing and Customer Success teams.

People & Enablement
Onboarding & Training: Develop and maintain internal documentation including training guides and process playbooks to ensure seamless onboarding and team alignment.
Team Leadership: Support and mentor team members to foster a highperformance culture and drive operational excellence.

Technology & Systems
Systems Management: Administer and optimize Salesforce and other GTM tools (e.g. Salesforce Revenue Intelligence Sales LinkedIn Navigator and ECI) to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency.
CPQ Administration: Expertise in configuring and administering CPQ (Configure Price Quote) systems within Salesforce to streamline quoting and deal management processes.
Systems Integrations: Experience with Boomi Celigo and other similar tools to connect Salesforce with other systems.
Sales Process Optimization: Design and implement scalable sales processes to improve pipeline efficiency forecast accuracy and conversion rates.
Automation & Innovation: Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve gotomarket .
CRM Strategy & : Enhance CRM capabilities and integration with adjacent solutions.
GoToMarket Alignment: Work closely with Sales Marketing Customer Success and Product leadership to improve data visibility optimize handoffs and drive revenue efficiency.

WHO YOU ARE

    • Strategic Leader: Deep GTM knowledge with experience partnering with senior executives in software/tech companies specifically in sales strategy planning and operations roles.
    • Experience: 7 years of experience in Revenue Operations Sales Operations or related roles within B2B SaaS or a highgrowth technology company with a minimum of 5 years directly partnering with senior software/tech sales leaders in organizations with $30M in sales.
    • Technical Skill Set: Handson expertise in configuring and administering CPQ (Configure Price Quote) systems within Salesforce and Boomi to streamline quoting and deal management processes. Strong understanding of NetSuite and its integration with Salesforce CPQ to ensure seamless quotetocash workflows and accurate financial reporting. Experience in managing and optimizing sales systems like Salesforce Salesloft Gong and other GTM tools.
    • Process Simplification & Scalability: Proven track record of scaling and simplifying processes workflows and operations in tech companies with sub$50M ARR.
    • Cost Savings & Tech Stack Optimization: Evidence of costsaving initiatives and expertise in tech stack consolidation to enhance efficiency and reduce operational overhead.
    • Analytical & DataDriven: Strong analytical skills with experience in revenue analytics forecasting and sales performance tracking.
    • CrossFunctional Partner: Ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels to drive strategic initiatives.
    • Excellent Communicator: Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and present recommendations to leadership teams.
    • (Nice to have) Management Experience: Experience leading and developing teams to drive operational excellence and impact.
