Assistant Development Manager Church Street Eccles
Location: Eccles Manchester
Salary: Around 25000
Job Type: Fulltime
Job Summary:
Supporting the Development Manager the Assistant Development Manager helps ensure smooth building operations compliance and tenant satisfaction at the Church Street development.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with property inspections maintenance coordination and minor repairs
Ensure Health & Safety compliance and fire safety checks
Liaise with contractors and report issues to the Development Manager
Maintain accurate records and assist with service charge budgeting
Support tenant relations and resolve queries efficiently
Requirements:
Some experience in property management or facilities management
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Willingness to learn and develop within the role
Basic IT proficiency
