What Youll Do In Your Customer Service Internship:

  • Provide firstlevel contact and support for customers seeking administrative and technical assistance resolving issues promptly.
  • Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls efficiently and within specified timeframes.
  • Identify customer needs clarify information and offer solutions or alternatives through research.
  • Handle customer complaints effectively ensuring timely resolution and followup.
  • Escalate unresolved queries to higher support levels as necessary maintaining proper communication protocols and documentation.
What Were Looking For In A Customer Service Intern:

  • Proficiency in English
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Techsavvy
  • Matric certificate

Requirements

  • You will need to be based in the Somerset West or surrounding area. Youll need to be in DSL Telecoms office in Somerset West on a regular basis so we are open to local candidates only!
Schedule:

  • 8 hours Monday to Friday
