We are a leading Event Promotions Firm dedicated to creating memorable customer experiences at on-site marketing events. With a fast-growing client portfolio and expanding territories across the U.S. we are seeking Entry-Level Customer Service Representatives to join our promotional team and support our national campaigns.
Represent clients professionally at promotional events and community outreach programs
Provide direct customer support through face-to-face engagement
Help customers understand and experience brand offerings
Assist with event setup product demonstrations and promotional activities
Receive ongoing coaching and training from our national management team
Support team goals while developing marketing sales and customer service skills
Previous customer service experience is required (retail hospitality or similar roles are a plus)
Eagerness to learn marketing and event strategies
Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive solution-oriented attitude
Strong work ethic and drive to grow into leadership positions
Availability to work in a fast-paced on-site event environment
