- Document all customer interactions and progress updates in the company s CRM system
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns
- Communicate effectively with both English and Spanish-speaking customers
- Provide backup support for insurance-related tasks when needed
- Maintain detailed records and ensure seamless communication between customers and internal teams
