You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailLooking for qualified and dedicated Customer Service Representative in Logistics environment to assist our operations team in servicing expanding customer base in a fast-paced warehouse distribution facility.
Shipment tracking and tracing data entry.
Preparing documents for pick up and deliveries following set procedures.
Communicating with warehouse staff regularly regarding shipments availability.
Handling imports and export files by gathering billing info needed to process invoices.
Provide back up support for other Customer Service Representatives.
Assisting with other objectives as required.
Detail oriented good audit skills and ability to pro-actively identify exceptions.
Attention to detail including accurate and efficient key boarding skills.
Ability to communicate in a clear effective and respectful manner.
Strong resolution skills while processing high volume of emails.
Excellent customer service skills and a good team player.
Proactive in addressing inquiries and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Multi-tasking efficiently and effectively with minimum supervision.
Efficient in keyboarding and Microsoft Office (Excel / Word/ outlook).
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus. Proven experience in transportation logistics or dispatching, preferably in the Transportation industry. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Word, Etc. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
