NXTGEN is delighted to be working with a highly regarded client in Norwich to recruit an Insolvency Administrator for their expanding team. Following exceptional growth over the last 18 months both as a firm and within the insolvency space this opportunity offers the chance to join a business renowned for its industryleading training clear progression pathways and excellence in insolvency and restructuring cases. Whether you have prior experience in insolvency or are currently working at a specialist insolvency firm and seeking to broaden your expertise this role provides an excellent opportunity to build your career within a practice with diverse specialisms. As an Insolvency Administrator youll manage a varied portfolio of cases meet statutory requirements provide strategic advice to stakeholders and collaborate closely with Managers and Partners to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the management of a portfolio of insolvency cases including administrations liquidations and bankruptcies.
  • Investigate directors conduct and company affairs preparing detailed reports as required.
  • Draft and review statutory documents ensuring compliance with insolvency legislation.
  • Communicate effectively with creditors debtors and other stakeholders throughout the process.
  • Assist Managers and Partners in developing and implementing case strategies.

  • 13 years experience in insolvency administration.
  • A solid understanding of insolvency legislation and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive professional attitude with the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional client service and upholding the firms outstanding reputation.
