ONSITE in TALLAHASSEE
We are seeking a technical professional with solid experience supporting Microsoft SharePoint (Online and/or On-Premises) and Power Platform tools (Power Apps Power Automate Power BI). This role focuses on system administration troubleshooting user support and continuous improvement across collaborative and workflow platforms.
Core Responsibilities
Administer support and troubleshoot SharePoint and Power Platform environments
Resolve user issues related to permissions access workflows and applications
Support development and implementation of low-code/no-code solutions
Conduct system performance audits usage monitoring and reporting
Document solutions create user guides and deliver internal training
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for platform integration and enhancements
Maintain up-to-date knowledge on best practices in platform governance compliance and security
Key Qualifications
Hands-on experience with SharePoint (Online and/or On-Prem) including site setup and permission structures
Proficient in Power Apps Power Automate and Power BI
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Teams OneDrive Office apps)
Strong troubleshooting skills across applications and integration layers
Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g. ServiceNow) and technical documentation practices
Understanding of web-based application and network troubleshooting
Knowledge of governance/compliance practices in Microsoft environments
Bonus: Experience with IIS Administration
