We are currently seeking an experienced administrator to become an integral member of our Administration and Support team and provide critical support to ensure our continued success in the region.

This role provides administration support to the business by collating and formatting bids tenders reports and proposals for review and submissions. As such the ability to deliver under pressure to meet tight deadlines with an extremely high level of attention to detail and ability to follow strict formatting protocols is critical to your success in the role.

As part of a team you will also find variety in your tasks including but not limited to:
Taking minutes in meetings
Assisting with on and off-site events.
Managing shared email inboxes
Providing occasional reception relief
Archiving and data entry

What would you bring to the team
Were looking for team players someone whos prepared to help others and collaborate to deliver high quality outcomes. Youll also be able to demonstrate;
Highly developed written and verbal communication skills with the ability to liaise with people at all levels
Strong attention to detail with experience formatting and collating documents
Ability to work under pressure prioritise and organise your workload to meet deadlines
A strong client focus and dedicated approach to resolving problems and queries
Previous experience in an administrative role in a professional services environment would be highly advantageous
High-level of proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office is critical
