8.30am 17.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am 15.00pm on Fridays.

We have a great opportunity for a an organised and detail orientated administrator join a well-established company with a solid reputation for delivering excellence. Our client based on the outskirts of Swindon is seeking a dynamic individual to join their friendly team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a company known for its commitment to quality and innovation.
Key Duties:
- Ensure diaries are accurately updated
- Ensure emails are acknowledged within 48 hours and dealt with in a timely fashion
- Ensure all relevant spreadsheets are maintained and up to date and systems are accurately updated
- Organisetravel and accommodation where required
- Manages levels of office stationery
- Answering the telephone and resolving or typing out messages
- Sets up and manages clients on all systems to include change of address and email
- Calls clients and books client meetings for Advisers
- Send e-mail confirming meetings send review forms or information update sheets
- Printing as requested Scanning filing and directing post Filing Archiving
- Basic information requests
- Manage contractors
Ideal candidate:
- Exceptionally organised- Able to plan and prioritise workload
- Proven ability of working well to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communicationskills both written and verbal
- Has a proactive approach and able to use initiative
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain systems processes and procedures
