Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Business Development Director/AVP to lead our commercial lines sales team and drive business growth within a specified territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial insurance sales and a proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies. This position offers the opportunity for a driven individual to make a significant impact on our companys success and expansion.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory.
Lead and mentor a team to drive sales performance and ensure team cohesion.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders identifying their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Drive the expansion of our market presence and identify new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
Provide regular sales reporting and performance analysis to senior management.

Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field preferred.
Professional designations (such as CIC CPCU ARM) are preferred.
Proven track record of success in commercial insurance sales and business development.
Prior experience in a leadership role with the ability to motivate and guide a highperforming sales team.
Strong understanding of the commercial insurance market and competitive landscape.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
