Introduction
GF India Sales Manager will be responsible for developing business in India with local OEMs and growing fabless companies.
Responsibilities will also include creating account management and customer support models for faster design wins.
Your Job
Work with Global and Local stakeholders on forecasted goals.
Develop Team engagement model to support the customer
Meet or exceed Sales Revenue Design Win Revenue and Tape Out Revenue Targets
Process Quotes forecasts and product disposition in a timely manner
Work closely with Sales End Markets and Technology Development teams to understand client roadmaps and to identify and secure engagement opportunities
Develop clear and logical business proposals in response to RFI/RFQs and drive necessary internal alignment and approvals from key stakeholders
Participate in operations engineering and business review meetings
Negotiate formal business agreements at the Executive level
Develop a high level of customer intimacy with clients sourcing and business unit leaders
Work with a crossorganizational team to establish KPIs to measure customer management performance health and to report to senior management
Other Responsibilities
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental Health Safety & Security requirements and programs
Required Qualifications
Masters degree in business administration Marketing or a related field from a reputed BSchool or college
Experience: Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in Semiconductor/Fabless Sales. 15 years of overall India sales experience.
Ability to work in a fastpaced and everchanging environment
15 years of experience and understanding in the Semiconductor/Fabless Industry and growing OEMs in India
Good knowledge of India Tech Ecosystem and Key Market Players
High energy individual with positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
Travel Requirements: 2540 (Domestic & International)
