The Field Support Service Assistant will collaborate with the GLTS Athletic Director Facilities Director Business Department and external rental organizations to manage all aspects of field and building rentals at GLTS. This includes coordinating scheduling ensuring facility readiness and overseeing the logistics of rental agreements.Duties and Responsibilities: *He/She will be responsible for the following but not limited to:Collaborating with rental groups:*Handle daytoday operations for rental groups using fields/buildings.*Coordinate schedules for rental events/games.*Provide supervision during rental events.*Assist with various needs outlined in rental contracts.Collaborating with the Athletic Director:*Coordinate a master schedule for fields and events.*Assist with field setup for rental groups.*Help formulate a yearly budget for field and complex needs.*Move equipment to/from fields and storage areas.*Perform other jobrelated duties as required.Collaborating with the Facilities Director:*Perform upkeep preventative maintenance and repairs throughout the athletic complex.*Address daily field concerns.Collaborating with the Business Department:*Ensure rental groups meet proper insurance requirements.*Send/collect invoices and maintain financial records.
