Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to oversee and lead a team of BPO professionals. The ideal candidate will ensure operational excellence meet performance goals and maintain a high level of team engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Management:
- Supervise coach and mentor a team of associates to achieve individual and team performance targets.
- Manage daily operations and address team queries and challenges effectively.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Track team performance metrics (KPIs) such as productivity quality and attendance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback to team members.
- Operational Excellence:
- Ensure adherence to company policies processes and client SLA requirements.
- Monitor workflow and delegate tasks to optimize efficiency.
- ProblemSolving:
- Resolve escalations and operational challenges proactively.
- Analyze data and provide insights for process improvement and efficiency.
- Communication:
- Act as the primary liaison between team members and management.
- Facilitate regular team meetings and ensure open communication channels.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Experience:
- Minimum 25 years of experience in a BPO environment with at least 1 year in a team leader role.
- Education:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and decisionmaking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel Word PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a fastpaced and targetdriven environment.
