Your role will be working with participants in the Workforce Australia program to assist them to overcome barriers to employment and successfully transition into the workforce.

  • Manage a highvolume caseload of job seekers

  • Actively engage with work ready job seekers to secure sustainable employment outcomes including reverse marketing to employers

  • Clearly identify and address barriers preventing jobseekers from being job ready

  • Provide participants with the tools and confidence to enter the workforce

  • Apply strong problemsolving skills and resilience to maximise employment outcomes

We currently have positions available in St Marys and Mount Druitt.

About you

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • You are a confident and trustworthy selfstarter who thrives on the opportunity to achieve meaningful results and problem solve

  • Ability to think on your feet and adapt to challenging situations and an everchanging environment

  • Demonstrated experience in achieving and exceeding business KPIs and targets

  • Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office is essential
