Your role will be working with participants in the Workforce Australia program to assist them to overcome barriers to employment and successfully transition into the workforce.
Manage a highvolume caseload of job seekers
Actively engage with work ready job seekers to secure sustainable employment outcomes including reverse marketing to employers
Clearly identify and address barriers preventing jobseekers from being job ready
Provide participants with the tools and confidence to enter the workforce
Apply strong problemsolving skills and resilience to maximise employment outcomes
We currently have positions available in St Marys and Mount Druitt.
About you
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
You are a confident and trustworthy selfstarter who thrives on the opportunity to achieve meaningful results and problem solve
Ability to think on your feet and adapt to challenging situations and an everchanging environment
Demonstrated experience in achieving and exceeding business KPIs and targets
Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office is essential
