About the Role:
Reporting to the Regional Manager Workforce Australia your role will empower individuals to achieve sustainable to meet specific targets you will provide tailored guidance/coaching job placement and ongoing support to your client commitment to understanding the unique employment needs of your diverse group of clients and collaborating with employers to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity is a key driver of success in this role.
This role offers opportunities to network within the local community and successfully contribute to community outcomes through creating meaningful and sustainable employment opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bilingual or Multilingual Arabic speaker preferred in order to meet the needs of the local community
- Relevant experience in employment services retail customer service sales contact centre or recruitment will set you up for success in this role
- Aptitude for working successfully within target driven environments is critical
A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment. Successful candidates must set up a myGovID in order to access Government data aligned to role.
About You:
To excel in this role you will be committed to making a difference through connecting and supporting your clients into sustainable employment. You will be a confident communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills bringing experience in coaching mentoring and case management within employment services or a related field. Problem-solving and goal-setting abilities are essential alongside a solid understanding of the local labour market and employment pathways.
Organisational skills attention to detail and proficiency in administrative and IT tasks will also be important. Adaptability and resilience are key traits as you navigate the diverse needs of job seekers and employers alike.
You must be able to balance empathy dignity and respect in your daily work with a drive to ensure we achieve positive business outcomes.
