Wayfair is seeking an experienced Analytical Manager who can translate business problems to actionable insights and data driven solutions to influence resolution strategy. We are looking for a Customer Delivery Experience team leader with a creative mindset towards driving results through data with a technical aptitude and a desire to drive scalable strategic advancements at Wayfair. Successful individuals in this role excel at both qualitative and quantitative analysis while also able to communicate upward and outward to tell a concise story. The ideal candidate must be highly adaptable hands on and understands how to effectively drive results in a fastpaced and rapidly growing company.
What Youll Do
- Relentlessly focus on the customer journey and delivery experience to help build and drive data strategy to align with business objectives and growth projections.
- Lead a team of Analysts.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses and build advanced reporting to generate actionable insights.
- Build operationalize and iterate on key performance metrics and dashboards to communicate insights from analyses to stakeholders and leaders.
- Build and implement 36 month road maps driving results against team KPIs and OKRs in partnership with crossfunctional partners including Service and Tech organizations
- Build strong partnerships and collaboration with leaders and stakeholders to enable consistency in programs with peers.
- Identify opportunities through a combination of data driven analysis and observations.
- Contribute to the development of tools and processes that drive efficiencies for the team and simplify the daytoday operations.
What Youll Need
- A Bachelors or Masters degree in a quantitative field.
- 5 years of experience in reporting and analytics people management and leadership.
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets SQL or GBQ and data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio (Looker Tableau or PowerBI)
- Familiarity with Python or R is preferred but not required
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Strong presentation skills to all levels of management.
- Experience in taking a company forward in a fastgrowth environment providing insight for direction and managing change effectively.
An Important Note about Wayfairs InOffice Policy:
All Bostonbased interns Coops and corporate employees will be in office in a hybrid capacity. Employees will work in the office on designated days Monday Thursday and work remotely Friday.
