Job Description:

Spin Master is a leading global childrens entertainment company creating exceptional play experiences through its three creative centres: Toys Entertainment and Digital Games. With distribution in over 100 countries Spin Master is best known for awardwinning brands PAW Patrol Bakugan Kinetic Sand Air Hogs Hatchimals Rubiks Cube and GUND and is the global toy licensee for other popular properties.

What will you work on

The Sales Manager is the lead point of contact for all matters to their customers and is responsible to open up vendor agreements with customers in Poland. Sales Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong longlasting customer relationships overseeing customer account management including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit.

The Sales Manager organise leads and motivates Key Account Managers and Field Force Manager about activities in the countries. The Sales Manager maintains contact with the agency providing the field force. They are responsible for the efficiency and effective work of the field force. They plan and controls costs on an annual and monthly basis. Manages the key customers negotiates business on a higher level with customers as well as looks for new opportunities. Takes responsibility for given goals on the market mainly TOP line revenue profitability planning YE stock management. Manage given budgets for the market to be used wisely. Plan strategies with the regional leader and reports results for the market.


How will you create impact

  • Developing biannual business plans that deliver upon company goals and meet customer needs
  • Deliver product presentations business proposals and ad plans to customers on time
  • Understand customers timelines and proactively provide them with all information and materials required to make decisions and manage business well
  • Work with support team to develop forecasts that best reflect market realities; update forecasts as required at minimum on a monthly basis
  • Timely and effective review of actual performance to ensure goals are achieved and adjust plans as necessary
  • Manage clientspecific budget
  • Analysis of sell through data and market intelligence to maximize business opportunities while minimizing risk
  • Clear and efficient communication with customers; fast solutions to challenges
  • Work proactively and effectively with team members to deliver best possible customer service
  • Work in a team environment providing feedback to your account management team
  • Quickly gain a thorough understanding of all account business objectives and marketing plans by gaining multilevel and cross functional contacts within the your account portfolio
  • Develop innovative sales and marketing led account plans that will maximise Spin Masters performance within each account
  • Coordinate trade marketing and marketing activity within your accounts to ensure delivery of planned volume distribution and profit targets
  • Maximise account profitability through strategic business planning including delivery of volume revenue and margin and creative promotional work and good use of data to provide category solutions
  • Work closely with accounts to gain joint agreement on objectives for sales growth whilst managing each account selections process
  • Negotiate at senior level to ensure Spin Master maximise the advantage of longterm supply agreements and optimise all elements of the marketing mix
  • Accurate forecasting and working closely with the planning team to ensure stock is delivered to accounts as required
  • Flexibility regarding accounts managed
  • Actively work as part of a team to create a solutionoriented culture leading by example
  • Maintain and further develop the strong commercial and personal relationships between Spin Master and your account base and ensure Spin Master remains a preferred supplier


How will you fit into the team

The Sales Manager reports to the Sales Director CEE.

Key Account Managers Field Force Manager report to the Sales Manager.


What are your skills and experience

  • Business studies with main focus on Sales and Marketing or adequate professional experience university or college degree
  • 3 years of national sales and account management experience
  • Retail Consumer Product Goods experience preferred
  • Demonstrated success managing a business portfolio with a national toy retailer
  • Customer driven approach a gogetter attitude
  • Strong presentations skills
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships both externally and internally
  • Demonstrated organization planning and communication skills
  • Goal oriented to achieve targets through selfmotivation persistence and determination
  • Ability to create and maintain business presentations Excel files read POS reports
  • Fluent in English verbal and written
  • Good computer knowledge
