Essential Responsibilities:
As the Mechanical Engineering Technician you will:
- Help develop shop tooling and procedures
- Work on developing processes
- Work with engineering to improve overall shop process
- Give hourly EEs technical guidance
Qualification:
- Associates Degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university (OR High School Diploma / GED plus a minimum of 3 years working in a manufacturing environment)
- Minimum of 2 years of industry experience
Desired Characteristics:
- Project Management Skills ability to handle multiple complex situations daily
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Proven Leadership ability
- Strong problemsolving skills sound judgment initiative and creativity
- Strong interpersonal communication influencing & organizational integration skills
- Bachelors Degree preferably in Engineering or Business
- Green Belt or Black Belt Certification or equivalent Quality certification
Pay Transparency
The pay range for this position is$1483.14 weekly. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety offactors including the candidates experience education and skill set. This position is also eligible for10 shift differential.
