Job Description
We are a world-leading smart mobility SaaS company with oversubscribers across 23 countries and we are looking for a Fitment Technician for Isabela to join our team. Job Description:
- GPS device installation in all sort of vehicles
- Troubleshooting device configuration analyze root cause problem and solving
- Document service and installation actions by completing forms reports logs and records
- Investigate complaints; conduct tests; resolving problems
- Maintain customer confidence by keeping service information confidential
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate in Automotive Technology/Electrical Technology.
- At least 6 months of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Automotive Electronics Troubleshooting Driving Analyzing Information Client Relationships.
- Efficient with a good skill on developing good procedures
- Must possess a valid drivers license and own motorcycle
- Can do fieldwork around Isabela area and nearby areas
