This role is essential to OCU because it ensures the stability reliability and scalability of the companys critical platforms including inhouse systems (OCU One) and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O CE HCM). The Platform Support Engineerplays a key role in:
Duties and Responsibilities
Skills and Experience
Experience in IT Support Service Delivery or Platform Support preferably within a largebusiness environment.
Strong handson experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O CE HCM) applications.
Knowledge of ITSM tools (e.g. ServiceNow Jira FreshService) for incident and problem management.
Familiarity with Azure DevOps for managing platform changes bugs and requirements.
Experience working with internal teams and thirdparty vendors for support escalation and resolution.
Understanding of IT service management (ITSM) best practices including incident problem and
change management.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to nontechnical users.
