Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Manager with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. This role involves providing Level 2 technical support on our Service Desk which includes troubleshooting analysis and resolving incidents and service requests of a technical nature. In addition it also provides development capacity to our agile development team where we design develop and implement secure and scalable solutions to meet our business needs. Additionally the individual may be involved technical elements of the platform environments CI/CD configuration of ISV solutions integrations and general support of the platform.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or any other related discipline or equivalent related experience.
Preferred Certifications:
WORK EXPERIENCE:
5 years of directlyrelated or relevant experience with 2 years in a managerial capacity preferably in software designing and development or systems architecture.
