Were seeking a fluent Germanspeaking Change Management Consultant (C1/native level) to join our team in Munich. In this key role youll guide organizations through complex transformations ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
What Youll Do
- Design and implement tailored change management strategies for business transformations
- Create and deliver Germanlanguage change materials (communications training FAQs)
- Conduct stakeholder analyses and change impact assessments
- Facilitate leadership alignment sessions and employee workshops
- Monitor adoption metrics and adjust strategies as needed
- Act as the primary change advisor for assigned projects
Requirements
Your Profile
- 5 years of handson change management experience
- German language mastery (C1 or native level required)
- Familiarity with PROSCI ADKAR or similar methodologies
- Experience with digital transformation projects
- Strong workshop facilitation and presentation skills
- Ability to work fulltime onsite in Munich

Salary Range: gross per month
