You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailEpworth HealhCare is seeking a fixed term 6 months) casual and likely to be on going Allocations Officer based in Box Hill but may also be based at but not limited to Richmond. You will be responsible for coordinating casual permanent pool and agency staff to fill vacant nursing & ward clerk shifts for Epworth Health. You will be part of our Central Resource Unit (CRU) and report to the CRU Manager.
The role consists of morning afternoon and weekend work. We also operate on Public Holidays and the successful candidate may be required to work on such days.

Comfortable working both autonomously and as part of a team you are a natural communicator with strong customer service and negotiation skills and to build effective working relationships with your team colleagues and key stakeholders. You have excellent time management attention to detail with the ability to think outside the box to problemsolve. Can manage multiple priorities and stay calm under pressure.
