You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are looking for a Telecaller to join our team and handle outbound/inbound calls for customer engagement sales or support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills a persuasive attitude and the ability to handle customer queries effectively.
Make outbound calls to potential/existing customers to promote products/services
Answer incoming calls and handle customer inquiries professionally
Provide service details and address customer concerns
Maintain a record of calls and customer responses
Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversions
Maintain good relationships with customers to enhance business growth
Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred)
Proven experience as a Telecaller Customer Support Representative or similar role
Excellent verbal communication skills in specify languages e.g. English Hindi
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
