Job Description
Job Title: Telecaller
A tour and travel company is seeking a Telecaller to join their team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to promote tour packages handle customer inquiries and provide information on travel services.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote tour packages.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information on travel services.
- Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Meet daily call quotas and sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of tour packages and travel destinations.
