About the role
Mater Private Hospital Rockhamptonis seeking multipleHospitality Services Assistants to join them on casual basis with availability across a 7day roster. You will be responsible for providing effective and efficient support services to our clients.
Salary range: $31.24 $33.68 per hour 25 casual loading 11.5 superannuation andaccess to notforprofit salary packaging up to $15900access to many staff benefits!
The successful Hospitality Services Assistant candidate will be required to be available to work between the hours of 4.30am to 8.30pm across a 7day roster. Flexibility to work a wide range of shifts is essential.
What youll be doing
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our friendly hospitality team providing compassionate care to the local community.TheHospitality Services Assistantwillcontribute to the delivery of effective cleaning and hygiene services todelegated areas of the Hospital and prepare assemble and deliverpatient meals.
Shifts are available across a 7day week and the ideal candidate is flexible with work times.
We are ideally looking for candidates that have:
- Previous experiencein ahospital or hotel cleaning/good servicesrole
- Previous experience as a kitchen hand
- Ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge of current food hygiene principles practices andlegislation
- Ability to work in a physically demanding job
- Ability to recognise and prioritise tasks effectively
- Ability to engage with a variety of people
