Job Summary
We are looking for a talentedCommercial Lines Account Managerto join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts ensuring client satisfaction and growing the business.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and underwriters
- Analyze clients insurance needs and provide suitable coverage solutions
- Handle policy renewals endorsements and claims
- Monitor market trends and provide clients with relevant insurance advice
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients providing risk management expertise
- Keep abreast of industry regulations and compliance requirements
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager or similar role
- Indepth knowledge of commercial insurance products and industry practices
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced clientfocused environment
- Proficiency in insurance management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g. CIC CISR) preferred
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) License
