WHO YOULL WORK WITH

You will partner and collaborate with cross functional teams within design product development sourcing planning retail and marketing functions to manage the product creation and merchandising process.

Were looking for an Expert Product Merchandising Manager to join theNikeSKIMS team.

We are looking for a collaborative teammate with a history of excellence strong problemsolving skills and phenomenal attention to detail.You have a strong understanding of consumer needs and marketplace opportunities and use business analysis to craft impactful and profitable products and assortments for a Global marketplace. Youll blend art with science to bring Nikes vision to life in all retail environments.

• Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education experience or training

• Degree in Business Marketing or equivalent combination of education experience or training

• Minimum of 8 years directly relevant work experieince

• 8 years experience in merchandising and/or product creation roles

• Footwear apparel and/or equipment merchandising and product creation experience

• Strong strategy building skills that shape the future of the business.

• Strong business orientation analytical proficiency and expert in retail math

• Ability to manage multiple priorities across multiple simultaneous projects

• Understanding of the line planning and product creation process.

• Understanding of retail key performance indicators and profit based metrics

• Solves problems using limited information and implements solutions with the ability to foresee most future implications

• Demonstrated history of excellence curiosity and proactive problem solving

• Responds with speed and agility curiosity and motivation. Selfdirected independent and dedicated

• Strong verbal and written communication including meeting facilitation and presentations.

• Outstanding attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

• Strong decisionmaking skills and the ability to drive consensus

• Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills including presentations

• Experience with Keynote and Excel

• Ability to travel domestically and/or internationally up to 25

WHAT YOULL WORK ON

You will deliver the NIKESKIMS Apparel Footwear and Accessories line and assortments. This includes ensuring profitability while delivering solutions to solve our consumers needs. You will collaborate with design development and sourcing on the product creation process from line planning through final product approval.Youll use marketplace data consumer insights foresight and hindsight to make decisions influence and develop seasonal plans to serve our consumer.You will research our product consumer and marketplace manage product creation workflow and data maintain product tools and effectively collaborate across functional partners.Youll lead the management of our merchandising KPIs through robust analysis of retail insights and performance. Youll build positive and trustworthy relationships with your partners.
