Job Description: Manager Operations

Overview:
Edufynd is seeking driven Manager Operations who will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the daytoday operational activities of the company. This role involves managing teams streamlining processes and ensuring that operational goals are met in a timely and costeffective manner. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills a keen eye for detail and a track record of improving operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:
Lead and manage the operations team to ensure efficient daytoday operations and alignment with company goals.
Process Optimization:
Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Performance Management:
Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to ensure targets are met. Develop and implement action plans to address any performance issues.
Resource Allocation:
Oversee the allocation of resources including personnel equipment and materials to optimize operational output and minimize costs.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage operational budgets ensuring cost control and adherence to financial targets.
Compliance:
Ensure that all operational activities comply with company policies industry regulations and safety standards.
Project Management:
Lead and support operational projects including process improvements technology implementations and facility upgrades.
Team Development:
Provide leadership coaching and mentorship to team members fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Reporting:
Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance including key metrics challenges and progress towards goals.
Customer Focus:
Ensure that operational processes align with customer needs and expectations addressing any issues that may arise to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or a related field. A Masters degree or relevant certifications (e.g. Six Sigma PMP) is a plus.
Experience: Proven experience in operations management with a track record of successfully managing teams and improving operational performance.
Skills: Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results.
Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing operational data and using insights to make informed decisions and implement improvements.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
TechSavvy: Proficiency in operations management software data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous.
Office Suite. Familiarity with other relevant tools and platforms is advantageous.
