Minimum Requirements: Bachelors degree in business administration or related field. 5 years experience in an Enterprise Software Sales role with a proven track record in exceeding challenging targets. Valid drivers license and own reliable transport. Must be comfortable in a hybrid fastpaced teamoriented work environment. Experience with risk management software such as CURA ACL BarnOwl or ISOMETRIX
Duties and Responsibilities: Proactively build and manage a strong new business pipeline using effective prospecting techniques. Apply strategic sales methodologies to convert qualified leads into successful software sales. Prepare compelling business cases proposals tenders presentations and sales contracts tailored to client needs. Maintain accurate and timely sales status reports including activities next steps pipeline progress and sales forecasts aligned to targets. Ensure the CRM system (Salesforce) is consistently updated with all relevant and current information. Take a solutionbased selling approach focusing on client needs rather than just product features. Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity creation through to negotiation and deal closure. Continuously develop industry knowledge to support customer education and awareness. Build and maintain indepth product knowledge confidently articulating the unique benefits and value of the solution.
