Job Overview
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist Intern to join our team. This is an internship position suited for freshers with 0 to 1 year of work experience. The role involves sourcing and recruiting candidates for various positions. The internship will be based in our Bangalore or Hyderabad locations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Sourcing (Mandatory skill): Ability to find and attract qualified candidates for job openings.
- Negotiation (Mandatory skill): Skilled in negotiating job offers and employment terms with candidates.
- Talent Acquisition (Mandatory skill): Expertise in managing the recruitment process to attract top talent.
- Interviewing: Experience in conducting interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for job roles.
- Candidate Screening: Ability to screen resumes and job applications to shortlist suitable candidates.
- Networking: Strong networking skills to build relationships with potential job candidates and industry professionals.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with candidates and team members.
- Human Resources: Basic understanding of HR principles and practices related to recruitment and employment.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates through online channels such as job boards social media and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for various job openings.
- Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interview schedules with shortlisted candidates.
- Assist in negotiating job offers and employment terms with selected candidates.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts.
- Support the HR team in various recruitmentrelated tasks and projects.
