En Worldpanel buscamos una persona con ganas de entrar a formar parte del equipo de New Business. Alguien con inters genuino en el desarrollo de nuevo negocio a travs de la ampliacin de nuestra base de clientes eje estratgico de la compaa para garantizar la sostenibilidad y aceleracin del crecimiento de Worldpanel en los prximos aos.

La posicin puede estar basada en Sant Cugat del Valls (Bcn) o en Madrid.

FUNCIONES

• Gestionar la relacin de una cartera de prospects que maximice las oportunidades comerciales.
• Definir e implementar el plan de gestin comercial de su cartera de prospects.
• Obtener buenos briefings en prospects interesados en nuestros servicios.
• Realizar propuestas potentes y claras asociadas a esos briefings.
• Implementar el plan comercial definido conjuntamente con la Direccin del equipo para los prospects asignados.
• Recabar de los prospects toda la informacin que sea necesaria para conseguir la mxima efectividad en las acciones comerciales y superar sus expectativas.

CAPACIDADES

El perfil corresponde a una persona con titulacin universitaria superior en ADE Economa Marketing/ITM Publicidad o similar con buen nivel de Ingls y Espaol.

La persona seleccionada tiene don de gentes es dinmica y proactiva. Tiene inters en la venta consultiva y en entender problemas de negocio de nuestros prospects para ofrecerles soluciones y oportunidades nuevas de crecimiento.

• Conocimiento del Panel de Consumidores y de nuestros principales productos.
• Habilidad para trabajar en equipo y colaborar con el resto de las reas: Operaciones Client Services y Expert Solutions.
• Orientacin al cliente y a resultados.
• Habilidades de comunicacin e influencia.
• Capacidad de escucha activa.
• Disponibilidad para viajar.
