You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailOur client is seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive with a strong background in commercial print and signage solutions including both digital and offset printing. Ideally you bring an existing book of business. While experience with point-of-purchase signage is preferredparticularly work that targets convenience stores hotels and real estate companiesthe company is also open to candidates with other commercial print experience that aligns with their production capabilities.
This is a newly created position focused on new business development. The sales territory is primarily in the New England area though the company can support out-of-state clients if your existing client base extends beyond the region.
This role reports directly to the CEO and emphasizes generating new business through existing client relationships proactive prospecting and self-driven lead generation. Its an ideal opportunity for professionals whose current company may be falling short on quality service or delivery or for established print brokers who want to focus on sales without operational burdens. The base salary ranges from $90000 to $130000 plus commissions.

Our client provides commercial print services with a primary focus on point-of-purchase signage. Founded over 15 years ago they are a mature privately-owned print brokerage with a close-knit team of eight. Rather than operating as a printer they partner exclusively with a select group of high-quality print providersgiving them the flexibility to deliver a wide range of print solutions that many traditional printers with limited equipment or technology cannot match.
They serve enterprise-level convenience store chains hotels and real estate firms across the U.S. with a strong concentration in New England. Their reputation is built on exceptional customer service project management and fulfillment capabilities. The team is made up of long-term employees with very little turnover. The work environment is relaxed and entrepreneurial with an emphasis on independence and support. Notable clients include Stop & Shop Global Partners Four Seasons Hotels and Coldwell Banker.
Head Office: Pembroke MA
Work Environment: Hybrid 1 day/week in the office
Sales Territory: Primarily New England with clients across the United States
Working Hours: Monday to Friday approximately 45 hours/week
* 1015 years of sales experience
* Minimum 3 years in print services or a related industry (required)
* Proven experience selling to mid- and senior-level decision-makers
* Industry-specific knowledge in commercial printing and signage is highly preferred
* Must have a valid drivers license and access to a vehicle
* An existing client base that can be immediately leveraged is strongly preferred
* Ideally located within 1 hour of the Pembroke MA office; however candidates based out of state will also be considered if they are highly qualified and can leverage strong existing client relationships
Candidates outside the commercial print industry may also be considered if they have experience in closely aligned sectors such as:
* Packaging and labels (flexographic lithographic or custom packaging)
* Promotional products
* Office supplies and corporate merchandise
* Large-format signage and display solutions

Key Responsibilities:
* Prospect and generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach and networking
* Leverage existing relationships to grow sales and identify new project opportunities
* Meet with clients to understand project needs and provide regular updates on progress
* Act as liaison with the internal design team to develop proposals and project concepts
* Gather project specifications prepare pricing requests and follow up on quotes
* Coordinate initial setup of client projects and ensure all job files are properly maintained
* Track project timelines communicate production updates and manage client expectations
* Handle client inquiries and troubleshoot issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction
* Maintain accurate records in CRM and manage documentation for all active accounts
* Attend occasional site visits industry events or client meetings as needed

Their production capabilities include both digital printing (which represents approximately 8085% of total volume) and offset printing including various finishes such as die cutting foil stamping embossing and others.
They produce a wide variety of commercial print products and signage solutions. Their services include:
* Point-of-purchase displays and retail campaigns
* Interior signage for offices retail environments and branded spaces
* Exterior signage for storefronts real estate developments and large-format installations
* Branding and marketing collateral such as brochures banners and custom promotional materials
* Real estate development marketing supporting projects from initial site signage to full launch campaigns
* Sign repair and site maintenance services to ensure long-term visual integrity and functionality
* There are very few products or finishes they are unable to produce. The only type of printing they do not offer is web offset.
Our client primarily serves large to enterprise-level organizations across the United States with a strong concentration in New England. Their ideal customers include:

This role requires 100% self-generated leads. You will be responsible for leveraging existing client relationships and building new ones through proactive prospecting and outbound business development efforts.
Some overnight travel may be required to meet with clients attend industry events or support key account development. Travel is based on business needs and will primarily support relationship building and sales growth efforts across your territory.

For out-of-state hires the first week of onboarding will take place in person at the Pembroke MA office to support orientation and integration with the team.
