We are having urgent opening for AGM HR
- Responsible for Business HR deliverables in HR and Support functions at multiple locations.
- Devise strategy and deployment of Contractual workforce
- Talent acquisition for all Key positions as per cycle time.
- HR operations Employee life cycle management of Onboarding Induction Confirmation Exit
- management.
- Performance Appraisal process KRAs and Evaluation for the employees.
- Appointment engagement and reviewof Business Associate (Manpower Contractor)for supplying of
- Contract manpower as per the business needs
- Ensure all labour law compliances both for the company and audit for the Business Associate.
- Implementation of Learning & Development and engagement initiatives as per plan.
- Relationship building with the Customer for effective operations delivery and ensure the Service level
- agreements (SLAs).
- Develop and practice proactive Industrial Relations both internal and external environment.
- Add value and keep the HR team motivated
- Drive the company the way of working at Region.
