Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage end-to-end recruitment for the coal trading team (sales logistics operations F&A Mining etc.) Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements Source candidates conduct interviews and finalize hires Drive campus recruitment and vendor coordination when required 2. Employee Relations & Engagement Serve as a point of contact for all employee-related concerns and grievance handling Design and implement engagement programs and HR initiatives to boost morale and retention Conduct regular one-on-one and skip-level meetings 3. Performance Management Drive performance appraisal cycles (goal setting mid-year & annual reviews) Support line managers in KRA KPI & identifying performance gaps and development plans 4. Learning & Development Identify training needs and organize relevant programs Work with external vendors and internal trainers to deliver sessions 5. HR Operations & Compliance Maintain employee records and HRMS entries
Ensure adherence to statutory compliance (PF ESI Gratuity Shops & Establishment Act) Handle payroll inputs and coordinate with the finance/payroll team 6. Policy Implementation Ensure HR policies are updated communicated and implemented across the team Support audits and compliance documentation
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent from a reputed institute 5 8 years of HR experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role Prior experience in commodity trading energy logistics or related industries preferred
