Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition the Recruiter is responsible for coordinating the recruitment process of potential employees of the hospital. The functions include sourcing pre-screening interviewing and proper on-boarding of new hires. Need to have exceptional administrative skills highly organized and great follow-up. This is role has large administrative tasks associated with it. Strong verbal and written communication skills Critical thinking skills Problem solving skills Computer skills Strong attention to detail Required: Minimum two (2) years of recruitment experience specifically IT healthcare preferably Epic role with a working knowledge of applicable State and Federal employment laws. Minimum two (2) years recruitment experience with a proven track record; to include interviewing collaboration with school programs and coordination of job fairs Ability to facilitate negotiate collaborate and coordinate functions relative to the recruitment process. Strong technical knowledge Strong Microsoft office including excel Current CA Driver s license and auto insurance.
