Job Summary:
This role involves coordinating the recruitment process for a hospital encompassing sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding new hires. The Recruiter will manage significant administrative tasks and maintain strong communication with candidates and internal stakeholders. A minimum of two years of relevant recruitment experience is required with a preference for experience in IT healthcare recruitment and familiarity with relevant employment laws.

Responsibilities:
- Sourcing potential candidates.
- Pre-screening applicants.

Required Skills & Certifications:
- Minimum two years of recruitment experience specifically in IT healthcare (Epic experience preferred).
- Proven track record in interviewing collaborating with school programs and coordinating job fairs.
- Ability to facilitate negotiate collaborate and coordinate recruitment processes.
- Strong technical knowledge.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel).
- Current drivers license and auto insurance.
- Working knowledge of applicable State and Federal employment laws.
