About This Opportunity
Executrade is very thrilled to partner up with a client based in Calgary AB in search for a Project Coordinator who has worked in the Earthworks and/or Underground Utility sector. This role is ideally for someone who is up for technical challenges and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities
As the Project Coordinator your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with managers and field supervisors to define project specifications.
- Grasp the distinct characteristics and methodologies of each project to enhance efficiency
- Ensure that the team members and the Project Managers are aligned on project details specifications and expectations
- Analyze project progress and compile comprehensive reports
- Participate in operation planning and establishing intermediate milestones
Qualifications
To succeed in this role candidates should demonstrate the following:
- 35 years as a Project Coordinator in the Civil earthwork construction field
- C.E.T diploma or related education is a strong asset
- Demonstrate proven ability in MS Suite
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and build strong relationships.
- Keen sense of urgency and proactively complete required tasks with minimal prompt.
- Strong ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to showcase strong attention to detail
- Ability to create and maintain accurate and organized documentation
