This position will be responsible for daytoday coordination of the HealthScreen project funded by the Florida Department of Health Cinotti grant program. The Project Coordinator will work closely with the HealthStreet Director of Operations and coordinate with the Mobile Health Vehicle team at the UF CTSI to schedule outreach events. They will also oversee planned followup efforts to ensure project goals are met. This position will be responsible for tracking efforts and providing reports to the project leadership and funding agency and they will also document project protocols. Other responsibilities include attending weekly team meetings and ensuring necessary supplies are maintained making purchase requests as needed.
Duties Include:
Support daytoday operations of DOH Cinotti grant working closely with the HealthStreet Director of Operations and coordinate with the Mobile Health Vehicle team at the UF CTSI to schedule outreach events Coordinate weekly meetings between project team and CTSI and serve as a hub for updates from all components of the project.
Oversee planned followup efforts ensuring grant deliverables are met. Responsible for tracking efforts and providing reports to the respective internal project administration funding agency and will document project protocols.
Responsible for attending weekly team meetings collaborating with project administration and external stakeholders to ensure data computations within guidelines and regulations. Ensuring required supplies are maintained making purchase requests as needed.
$26.34$28.73 per hour based on education skills and experience level.
Bachelors degree or equivalent and one year research experience.
- Preferred candidates will have a bachelors degree with at least two years of relevant experience or graduate degree in Public Health or related field
- Experience working in a research or academic setting
- Excellent communication organizational and computer skills (including the MS Office Suite)
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment
- Ability to identify priorities and shift when necessary
