Job Description
What Your Day Will Look Like:
As a Project Coordinator youll support engineers through the project lifecycle by developing project scope and fee and setting up and maintaining project schedules. Youll assist with managine the overall project budget and provide budget project analysis support. The Project Coordinator reports to the project manager.
Hourly Pay: $28$34 per hour based on experience.
What Youll Do:
- Attend internal and external project meetings
- Assist with keeping project on track
- Develop and maintain project schedule using Microsoft Project
- Develop and manage resource plan
- Assist with management of overall project budget
- Manage subconsultant budgets and deliverables
- Assist with contract processing
What Youll Need:
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree or higher preferred.
- 5 years of project support experience in the AEC industry.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook Teams) Microsoft Project and a Project ERP System (Deltek Preferred).
- This office job primarily operates in a professional office and routinely requires the use of standard office equipment such as computers phones and copy machines. May occasionally be exposed to noise. While performing the duties of this job physical demands of the employee may include constantly sitting talking hearing repetitive motions and occasional standing moving reaching handling grasping feeling and coordination. This job will rarely require lifting carrying pushing and pulling up to 35 lbs.
